Traditional bakery with old school surprises. Fantastic... offers all you would expect from a bakery plus a few hidden gems. Eccles cakes, Rock cakes and my personal favourite London cheesecake, which I cannot compliment enough.

Always delicious fresh bread, cakes etc plus tasty curries also. A friendly welcome and good atmosphere. A real gem of a local bakers that still has old favourites like bread pudding and London cheesecake and the best granary bread I’ve tasted.

Excellent bread and pastries. The pasties and sausage rolls are my favourite. The limited Indian takeaway dishes are great also. Parking is limited, and the shop is small and can get crowded.

Lovely bakery good old fashion feel don't see many anyone. It has grate cake choices and to top it all off it has a small curry counter what has an excellent curry served in a take out container can evan get it hot to take back to your beach hut or eat in the go i would recommend this bakery / curry take out to anyone go take a look you will not regret it
A lovely little bakery with all kinds of bread, cake and savoury delights. The lady who runs it is always happy & it's a delight to visit this shop.

So lucky to have such a fantastic bakers just down the road, very friendly staff and cakes out of this world! I am addicted to their 'Fondant Fancies' Thank you again Brightlingsea Bakery : )
Great local bakery serving a good variety of baked goods, curry and pre packed items. They have lovely doughnuts which always seem to be sold out by the time I get there.
Surprisingly for a bakery ( unless I'm mistaken) you can get curry dishes and snacks here. They are great too! Recommended
Delicious produce as always. Picked up some lunch bits and the kids had to have a biscuit and cake :-)
Lovely local bakery with amazing sourdough bread and Anna's curry and homemade samosas are legendary.
My son's favourite sausage rolls, I love the samosa and lovely staff.
Lovely little bakers, the home made Sri Lankan curry's are very good !
Proper old school bakery but with the added bonus of amazing Indian food to takeaway! Love it!
